Don’t let credit card companies and their fees cut into your Retreat Center’s profit – pass along their fees to guests.

Extension Details

Some Retreat Centers get charged fees to process Credit Cards, or other forms of payment. You can now include a separate line item on your customers’ bills to indicate these charges and to recoup them from your customers.

Example

Blissful Days Retreat Center wants to pass along a credit card fee of 5% to their customers, and have it automatically added to every bill.

When a guest registers and pays for a Program at this Center, the fee will be added to their bill.

If you allow guests to pay by another method, like cheque or money order, where the fee would not apply, then the fee will not be charged.

The Credit Card Fee will also be visible on the Guest Statement. If the customer has a balance due, they will see the Credit Card Fee applied when they go to pay their balance.
