A Retreat Center can have one simple tax rate across the board or can charge multiple, different tax rates for different categories of purchase (Taxes charged for lodging can differ from taxes charged for meals).

Different taxes can also be charged for different programs, which is helpful for multi-location Retreat Centers that run programs in different countries.
